He says it's helpful to be of self-aware of the spectrum of anxiety inside your own mind. Dr. Hansen: Imagine subtle uneasiness or apprehensiveness and I'm going to do a spectrum kind of intensity. And then you're more intensely, say, into actual fear or panic or terror.
