A lot of it comes down to training us. I think the perception is that we all scream and curse and throw things. And my whole thing now is being really cautious about not setting somebody up for failure. But, ah, it's harder and harder to find really great staff. So i'd rather struggle a little bit taking a step back than just think that we have this amazing new andate.
