How Important Is Body Weight in Triathlon?

Body weight is something I talk about all the time and I did a podcast with John Rogers who is the swim coach of Jan Frodeno. How important is body weight in triathlon both at a professional and age group level? It's never ever to have an eye on body weight alone but also count body fat or body fat percentages in it so whenever I'm on training camp I could have my left hand over to my luggage over there and there I have my right hand. They actually have not for reasons to be safe that they could potentially lower it for the upcoming races, let's say.
