The Importance of Regular Feeding and Exercise for Weight Loss and Obesity

There's this overlap in benefits that you're getting from exercise that may be before the fasting. So I think to me, consistent regular exercise paired with some more consistent regular feeding when the compression for people who are already metabolically healthy seems like it makes a lot of sense. We need to understand where our health history is and then map out a more personalized approach going forward.
