The Power of Listening to the Voice Within
I can always hear it as a voice in my head. Oh, now you have to run. This is going to watch out. In other situations, maybe that's good for you. You know, if you're avoiding danger,. But it's not good here. And so I jumped in the mouth of the dinosaur and I woke up. That's what mental health problems are. It's listening to the voice within. There needs to be a transformation with the stress, fear, anxiety, whatever it is. A moment of true acceptance that allows the relational framework to be more flexible.
