How Organa's CRISP Model Works

The CRISP model is for consultants to have a home, a community of people that can share costs and learn from each other. It's the best of both worlds of either being a full-time employee versus going at it alone. So we each pay a monthly fee back into the community, and that ensures that even if none of us are working our month-to-month costs are being looked after. We care more about the happiness of ourselves, the purposefulness of what we're doing over simply money. And then 10% of everything we earn when we do work for clients, when we host training courses, 10% of that goes back into the business up to a certain amount
