How to Get Lean
Train the way I always talk about and the way that you build muscle. That's how you train when you were trying to get lean. Nothing else changes. Do not neglect the importance of sleep. Sleep is absolutely crucial for optimizing the hormones that you need to be optimized. Get up and out in the sun as early as you can. Preferably no sunglasses, no shirt. Get eight to 10,000 steps a day outside as much as possible. Have a nighttime routine. No bright screens and keep your room pitch black.
