What Motivated You to Write This Book?

In his fifties, it felt like a book that i was sort of needed to write for myself. It's kind of acount those of anybody whos sort of hit my age or above has had that moment werr, like, wait second. I there's a lot of room back there. But then i also look this way and say, wait a second. What can i learn from this part that cani apply to the next part? The other thing, roxan, that i found when i very sheepishly began talking about some of my thoughts about regret, is that people responded to it in a way that surprised me. They they were more interested in it.
