Last august, i was trying to run five days a week. The more that i started running, i learned how important the calfs and the hipflexers were. So i'm gaining some strength, gaining some hypertrophy, a very full body focus. I'm trying to get three sets of at least each muscle group. And, you know, then i'm hetting at least 12 sets per week if i get that third bona session. But without being said, similar to the socker player, depending at what point you are in the season, these things might flit flop a little bit.
