Sally Kohn: I have a really quick five step plan for people to help them get their sleep. She says pick one wake up time and stick to it, including the weekends. Stop caffeine by 2 p.m., stop alcohol three hours before bed,. exercise daily, stop exercise four hours before bed. And give the sun a high five in the morning by getting 15 minutes of sunlight and a little bit of water.Kohn: It won't cost you a dime to do this. Here's my challenge. Good for a week. I guarantee you will feel better.
