We're very different creatures across the 24 hour day. Between 6am and 12 noon, there's a 50% greater chance of having a stroke or a heart attack than any other time of the day. Timing is really important. I think we are going to be a radical rethink about integrating this knowledge into our healthcare sector. Just asking patients what time do I take my medication? Often they will say oh, with a meal in the morning. And you can't fully compensate for chronic sleep deprivation during the week.
