On one end, you have curves and Richard Simmons. That's the farthest left on spectrum. And do glute squeezes. The other end is high level competitive CrossFit programming designed to get you to try to win the CrossFit Games. So we're saying like three hour or more than that in the gym every day is let's say you're spending 3 or four hours doing CrossFit training in the gym. Five to six days. Okay. Now, where's where's watered down CrossFit fall in that spectrum? Well, it's already passed away. Yeah.
