Do You Have the Decision Power to Influence Decisions?

I think what gives me a lot of energy is knowing that I am having an impact on people and individuals in their lives. Is it weird to say that I haven't seen a large individual working for a large company that can be a decision maker? It's very hard by you just kind of put a label on someone, like 'you're not changing the world' But there are so many different ways I can think this.
