Do We Need to Work More Than 55 Hours a Week?
I was having dinner alone it was so difficult to just sit there and eat with nothing coming in I thought to myself is this maybe there's a better way to be doing something because this silence feels so loud. We weren't designed to be on or be productive like every single minute of the day, that's not how our brain was designed to work. There's research that suggests that if we work more than 55 hours a week we actually significantly increase our chance of cardiovascular disease and having a stroke So it is the best interest of our health to cap our working hours for our health.
