I'm Running a Lot More Than I've Ever Run Before.
When running casually, you don't notice the subtle differences in your body. But when putting so many miles through the legs, it's very different. You lose a little bit of that springiness and elasticity in your muscles. As the cay start to add up, you're just that fraction of a percentage more worn out. The shoes are starting to kind of wear through as well - i'm tossing up whether to buy new ones or not.
