We can do this time travel in the sense of how is is going to play out. To get into an emotional and anxiety state, or anxious state, but to come back to the moment right now. And again, what am I doing here? Am i doing something because i'm not locating and pa scene of behavior that is under utilized? What am i avoiding? Who can i look at this with? Get the thoughts, get the feelings out of the head, put em on paper, share them with others. Don't overwhelm ems, ot overwhelming, but to get them to see the light of day.
