How to Discount Your Inventory to Increase Sales
We'll do discounting in different periods of time, even not during sales, to equalize inventory spread. What we're trying to do is move to more of a proactive like, okay, Q4, we want to sell a lot more of X. And so we're going to proactively buy more inventory to kind of set up us being more aggressive. That's where we want to live longer term as a business for margin reasons and also so that we are pushing the hardest on the things with the most momentum.
