The Positive Feedback Loop in Emotional Trauma
There's three ways we address emotional trauma: energetically using bioenergetics, psychosocial psychology and changing your mindset. By being able to have more bandwidth in dealing with the emotional side, they're also improving physical health as well. So kind of just like these could create a negative feedback loop where these negative emotional experiences can lead to physical problems. But that is certainly one component that there's many benefits, not just physically.
