Cuba's Ice Cream Parlor

The Coppelia ice cream parlor opened in 1966. It's an entire city block in Havana capacity for a thousand customers. At their peak in the early 1980s, they served 50 flavors. After the fall of the Soviet Union, this causes an extreme recession in Cuba.
