Is Pronation a Part of the Problem?
Pronation is just the most obvious part of a lot of bad patterns. It's not a broken foot until somebody who has done both head to toe and foot analysis tells you it is. The old exercise that gets you see everywhere with straps, pull the strap around your knee and pull your knee into valgus where your knee caves in. That's actually helping your foot give you better input.
