I started the thing with the DC style training is you get really strong yeah real quick and I just found that my joints were just killing me training that way. Dante said what if your joints bother you then just go to a higher rep range don't have your working set between B between six to eight reps maybe do 12 to 15Yeah find a rep range or find an exercise that you're comfortable with maybe not do barbell bench maybe go to do the hammer strength machine okay That's so that was sort of his adaptation as you age it's all right I see what's going on so you're still sticking with a real real raw compound movements but yeah he just doesn't like doing it no
