Is There a Link Between Strength and Cardio?
In the eighties and nineties, cardio as king. Everybody was talking about the importance of cardio. And it seems like now, in the t maybes two thousand ten or so, that now strength is king. So someone who wants to maximise their health, their metabolic health, their fitness, their independence, what do you recommend in terms of strength cardio? How do you see that you have hit the nail on the head? I think we may get our text book learning.
