Stacking Is a Better Approach for Endurance Athletes

Stacking intensities are doing two hard sessions on one day, and then making sure that the next day can be a low intensityty day. That's that's my take on an we gan. But i also know that thereare, for example, recently we had joll filial on as a guest, whoth one of the the greatest drafelon coaches out there for a lead. And and they do it differently. He spreads out the intensity most days, like six days of the week, perhaps, and and then a second and maybe a fhird easy session. So i think that there's probably individual variability what works best.
