What Is Wait Training?
High school cross country team would do 400-meter sprints every day. They'd run for 40 minutes before a work out, and then another 30 after the workout. The cycle was pretty simple: long intervals on mondays, mal repeats on Wednesdays,. Then an interrupted run on wednesday, which was a medium long runinterrupted by five minute segments in the following order - 15 to 30 more minutes running.
