People can't believe that the basic, simple stuff works. Do a handstand push up exercise, not four to five other exercises. I have the best progress in my life in kilisteings was i just focused on pulling and pressing. One priority regarding pulling, one priority regarding pressing. It's tot like the pick one, and then we can take it from he or pick one for now. But ye, people have too many priority this on, really.
