Sean: I think ditching down is a great way to do it when you're first getting off the ground. It's just much easier to get traction or just like being super specific about who it is that you serve. At Credo, we have really tight boundaries about what we will and won't do. And then once we get enough people asking for that next boundary out, we draw the line out a little further.
