In your book, you share the parable of lute to highlight this connection. And there's obviously a strong energy between bio feedback and mindfulness. Can you share that story with listeners? Im absolutely. I love to. In my work of bining by feedback and mindfulness, i did run into some scepticism about how these two things could work together. But they do - just like the strings of the lute. If you strain too hard or try to achieve your goal by force, you will fail. But if you don't try all, you will failing too. So the answer is to find the balance between having a sense of purpose and moving towards it, and exploring the moment
