Is There a Strategy or Not?

The first thing I go in to figure out is there a strategy or not? Is I acting all the teams? What are you working on and why? And then I map it out. We actually draw things and we show how that bubbles up. A lot of times you'll see, like, you've got in enterprises, especially, or even growth stage. Like I've seen this with 15 teams. Everybody's working on something different and they have no goals. Nobody knows why they're working on the things they're doing.
