Is 10 000 Steps the Magic Number?

We get caught up in these numbers and I think that there's a real issue. Our daughter at one point she was doing duo lingo like every day and you know she had this big streak going. There isn't anything particularly magical about 10 000 steps but meet yourself where you are right now or try to hit a number that doesn't match what your current lifestyle is.
