Our bonus is based off of a number. It's not how well did you get along with the product manager? Did you help shape the roadmap because you were surfacing all the right pain points from our customer? Your paycheck doesn't really reflect that. But there are salespeople and sales leaders who actually understand that in the long term, your paycheck does reflect that.
