In a video i saw about the dead lift, you said, either do it all the time as a practice, or never deadlift. I wanted to try this as i have a sled and some kettle bells but also meet up with a friend every saturday train in a regular jim. We usually do dead lifts that day, a push, a pull and some hamstring work. Would there be any harm in doing the programme four days a week and the fifth day being dead lifts instead of carries?
