I like that, you know, focusing more on communicating the gravity of the situation so that the patient can also take ownership of the long term attention that this condition really needs. If somebody comes in with a score of four, I tell them, you have about a 4% annual risk of stroke and we lower that considerably by putting you on blood thinners. We don't make it zero, but we lower it quite a bit. With direct oral anticoagulants, number one, the risk of intracranial bleeding is really, really low. And that's the bleeding that you'd worry most about.
