The Importance of Culture in a Process
As many interviews you can have that will help you understand the culture read the employee manual what they do. Sometimes a cultural assessment can be handy. I've done a transaction where we had the diligence on site that was pre-COVID and we went to visit the office. Some Christian came up on some of the things we just seen at the entrance and he was okay with it. The leader was very particular about where things were in the office so right there we need to dive a little more into how things are done here. That could be a cultural clash coming from the company where everything was relaxed to another company where they said we are more strictness about what you can do.
