The workouts are three hours apart, not two or an hour and a half. Andi says he now makes pancakes for his kids in the morning to continue to test himself. 'If you get sloppy in one area, i promise you, you'll get sloppy in another' He adds: 'There's a level of focus, awareness, intentionality that i now experience every day.'
