The Effect of Genetic Prediction on LDL Cholesterol Levels

The key variable was the gap or the delta, I'm an engineer, so I call it a delta, but the gap that you have between the genetic prediction of LDL and your actual level. So what's really important then is measuring your particular biology against the genetic potential, against what the genes predict. And we also published a paper in PNAS in 2020 and it showed that we could take all that genetic risk and map it to the changes that are observed in the blood that predate that disease for decades before symptoms manifest.
