How to Use a Blackboard to Improve Mobility and Strength

Don't use them for the first time in a race you shouldn't be doing that anyway there were some instances of that in our Olympic marathon trials in 2020 in us with injuries. The other thing that there's a helpful device i don't have any ownership or anything you can it's called the blackboard and there's a website blackboard training.com  that helps multiple mobilize and work your foot in multiple different axes to get your foot stronger and more mobile.
