Step One - Noticing Your Internal Experience

Step one truly is turn your attention to the sensations happening in your body. You can start with the sensations that are happening automatically anyway because you live in an organic body. Sometimes those, those barriers that are coming from inside you are not self constructed sirens saying there's danger. Don't go in there. And sometimes it's social external signals that have been internalized and just built up into a layer of residue.
