Salad from the eighties was dif different. You can buy a lettuce now that is more like the lettuce you used to get in the eighties, which is called butterhead lettuce. But i've noticed that salad items and herbs, especially sage, are not not what they used to be since left. It's entirely my my, my hard, chunky sage is because of nigel fat. And i hate him for that.
