Running Is Hard for Newbies

If you're struggling, if you feel like it's too hard, then walk, walk. Run six minutes and 20 seconds for the marathon for 26 point two miles. I ran an easy run on wednesday this week at 12 minute miles. So that's nearly a six minute difference in it from my marathon pace to my easy pace after that tough work out described on t Tuesday. And what i tell people that say they can't go that slow, i say, look, if you're inefficient, if it's uncomfortable for you to run at the right paces or efforts in order to get the benefits you need of easy running.
