The Origins of Clearport
The idea for Clearport came from a boat ride after the end of a long day. It was called Channel 4, it had the logo CH4, like the chemical composition of methane. When I left there in 2011, we listed almost 2,000 individual contracts across multiple asset classes. The current exchange is just whether they don't have the attention span or the internal ability to do it on their own.
