The Eight Kinds of Thoughts That Trigger Aversion Anxiety

The buddha talks of ill will and malice being stirred by nine kinds of thoughts. It's the thought that someone in the past has done me injury, some one in the future has injured someone i love or something good for somebody i dislike. That can get us angry because somebody's harm me, harmed a loved one, something good for an enemy in the past. Same thing for the present, same thing for the future. We see aversion arising with regard to pain or unpleasant physical sensations. With regard to thoughts about past or present or future.
