How to Lose Weight and Put on Muscle
The question to ask yourself is can you gain weight? Not actually get fat. That eliminates, correct. Then the question is, all right, well, when you put on weight, is it all body fat? And if the answer is, yeah, it seems to be mostly body fat and I'm still early in my stages of lifting, then there's one or two options. Either your training is really poorly constructed or you are a true hard-cainer. You're going to have to put on muscle muscle. So before, like we just said, like try to gain weight for a month, but it might take you longer than not to see changes in your muscle.
