Young athletes are seeing that for an MMA fighter, they need to develop these qualities. And so we don't need to turn them into professional Olympic weight lifters or to be doing these types of exercises. So a lot of the time you're trying to find ways of making sure their body can train in an optimal position without changing the natural positions their bodies are coming into. I try and keep it as simple as possible.
