The Importance of Food Safety in Cultivated Meat
There is actually 420 thousand people die every year world wide from contaminated foods, which is a big number. 70 % of all anti biotics are used in animal agriculture. And by the year 20 50, it's expected that ten million people each year will die due to antimicrobeal resistance. I'm excited for the innovation and the collaboration, and i hope that we can come to a point where cultivated meat will be accessible for consumers same.
