The Future of Employee Equity Investment
There's a bill in Congress that would create an investment corporation dedicated to employee ownership transactions. The federal government would help back these investment corporations, which are already used for other purposes. And they would enable more of the loan to come from second parties rather than from the seller. It's called the Employee Equity Investment Act.
