Back Pain Manual Interventions Aren't as Effective as Any Type of Movement

The 10-minute walks are big as far as recovery for me or a recumbent bike off the road. In Iceland it wasn't always possible to walk and he would ride that bike after training or after eating three times a day we did it together. I take a lot of heat for this but I just have to keep reminding folks that things are done to you or for you are rarely as effective as things you do for yourself.
