M, at one point, i went more than ten years without eating red meat. Am on a lo carb diet, but not particularly a drastic, i wouldn't call it kito. I eat about after a lot of trial and error, i've decided that about a hundred and 90 to 200 grams of protein is good for me. weigh about 200 pounds now, is my my healthy goal weight.
