Every data set about humans tells a story, but you need to watch out for old stories and outdated information that may have turned into bias. Once you've identified them, address those biases as well. Avoiding this trap requires us first to recognize it, and second, tap into our networks to find those that challenge our assumptions. Doing this will not only strengthen our networks, but also amplify our future impact.
