The Hardest Part of Cold Calling

I remember cold calling for me initially was the hardest part of my job. And I'll tell you, there were some times where I was sitting in my little Honda Civic and I was crying. You're cold calling in front of an office where there's 15 patients waiting that are ticked off because they're behind schedule. That's humbling. But then again, as you go through that experience, then you start to gain some little wins here and there. It's just asking questions.
