How Can I Set Up Processes Around Me?
The best angle to take, and hopefully the biggest motor veter for everyone in health care, is the pa. That brought up the very under appreciated area of interpersonal skills, specifically cultivating the habit of asking good questions and listening. You have to really understand why people are upset or what they care about, so that you can speak to that emotion. This is a relational science. It seems like this alliance pretty well with the skills that we actually use for good patient care.
